The Carmen de Santa Ines is an old Arab house with a garden that was built on the ramparts of the Old Citadel and enlarged in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries to acquire its current structure.
Boasts a slender and elegant facade of trace Mannerist and is crowned as the main balcony family coat of arms.
The Hotel opened in 1998.
Crossing the small hall at the entrance, visitors will enter the sixteenth century, enjoying a magnificent courtyard.
